Our client is looking for energetic and hardworking individuals who speak fluent Swedish, to work in their inbound call centre! Candidates need to have good communication skills, be computer literate and work well in teams.

Salary:  ZAR 10 000pm with a 10% shift allowance (CTC)

Please note that it’s a 24/7 customer care role, which means sometimes you’ll work on Sundays.   The role involves online gambling, and you will need to have your own reliable transport.

The successful candidate will join the ROW Regional market team and will focus on building the Japanese market, establishing an ongoing relationship with Japanese speaking customers across the business, and to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of retention and loyalty activities of the brands. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the Japanese region, including marketing and operational activities within websites, marketing media, software, games, retention, etc.
